If your vehicle’s GPS says it is located at South Shambles Street, it is likely in impound! Thankfully you do not need to head down there to pick it up. Instead, you can just head to the main Cameltow office located at Innocence Boulevard and Alta Street (shown on the right).

Once you arrive, head into the main office and you’ll see our impound records on the desk. Check for your “Personal Vehicles” and you can find out why it was impounded. This includes an “Issuer ID”, which is the citizen who marked your vehicle for towing, along with the “Worker ID”, which is the tow-truck driver who impounded it. If the issuer did their job, there should also be a photo with proof of why it marked.

Avoid self-retrieving your vehicle unless it is an emergency. Self-retrieving will double the release fee cost! Instead, try to find a worker nearby or in the yellow pages to help you out!

The longer the car stays in impound, the lower the release fee will become.
